Job PurposeWork as a facilitator or leader of continuous improvement projects. Mastery of Lean Manufacturing concepts is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of the Oil & Gas market and internal and external customer service. Analytical profile, aptitude for Active Listening, ability to manage deadlines and multidisciplinary scopes.Job Description- Supporting the development of onshore and offshore teams in the implementation of excellence and continuous improvement programs on operational fronts based on the Lean concept, such as: 5S, Visual Management, Value Stream Analysis, Standardization, etc..; - Coordinating cross-cutting activities between PLSVs and/or Departments involving improvements or changes to operational procedures; - Analysing the operational performance of the PLSVs, identifying possible problems, deviations and their root causes and developing proposals to optimize the search for continuous process improvement; - Supporting the onshore leadership with operational or operational performance information that enables alignment with the offshore teams, management decision-making, course corrections in business strategy, feasibility of financial investments and the development of investigations into accidents/incidents, etc; - Developing and coordinating periodic operational performance meetings, seeking customer satisfaction, but positioning itself in a way that is strategically favorable to TechnipFMC; - Training the onshore and offshore teams on matters related to operational improvements; - Monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement actions.You are meant for this job if:Full degree in Engineering.Active CREAAdvanced EnglishExperience as a facilitator or leader of continuous improvement projects.SkillsAnalytical MethodsProject EngineeringTroubleshooting Being a global leader in the energy industry requires an inclusive and diverse environment.
