Together, we challenge conventions and create the solutions that will enhance the performance of the energy industry.Job Description Manage a Flow Testing customer location without supervision Supervise up to 4 crew members Identify, resolve, and support crew and shift needs Mentor, train, and document performance with personnel Ability to relieve Flow Testing Supervisor II on lower profile wells (prior manager approval required) Support supervisor / cross shift Expert Ability to rig up and rig down equipment, Flow Testing principles and processes Responsible for proper equipment performance and maintenance Expert ability and knowledge of operating pressure tank equipment, wells high pressure, and sour wells Operate company vehicles and equipment Proper completion of safety paperwork and incident management Contribute to the evaluation and communication of project with both client and manager Communicate consistently and effectively with Flow Testing Supervisors, Lead Supervisor and Manager Responsible for the daily reporting of costs Responsible to ensure all required field inventories are accurately reported and submitted by set deadlines You are meant for this job if: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
