Job Description SummaryResponsible for managing the revenue collection function, invoicing and other administrative tasks for the organization.

ResponsibilitiesProvides administrative support in the collections processMaintains database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reportsPrepares outstanding accounts reports and gathers credit and/or reference informationAssists in resolution of outstanding invoice problems from past due accountsFollows up on a collection portfolio assigned by management quarterly (through email and phone) to identify payment status or reason for nonpayment; escalates when appropriateNotifies management of any risk accountsPart-Time: 9:00 - 13:00Remote Work (Based Sao Paulo)

QualificationsBachelor's degreeSoft skills: Organized and able to handle, guide and help clients (must)English and/or Spanish (desirable)
