Operations Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Operations function.The Service & Repair Manger will be responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing operations of the "Service and Repair" infrastructure for Patient Recovery in Latin America.Will manage the Service & Repair for hardware related to the Patient Recovery business. (Internal Feeding, Vascular/Negative pressure wound and Thermometry) This will include light maintenance of related machines (testing/calibration/cosmetic repairs) and/or replacement decisions.Will lead an indirect team in LATAM to facilitate internal and field maintenance as well as training.This role will be based in Sao Paulo.**_Qualifications_**- 8-12 years of experience, preferred- 5 years of leadership experience, preferred- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred- Advanced English & Spanish- Laboratory Repair Experience preferred**_What is expected of you and others at this level_**- Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff- Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals- Ensures employees operate within guidelines- Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers- Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management- Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects- Gains consensus from various parties involved- Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.
