Canadian Solar is an equal opportunity employer.Responsibilities:Advises management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for product improvements;Establish and maintain Technical Support and Services performance matrix documenting response times compared to SLA's;Supporting, as needed, the Sales team and other various departments;Provide input during the development of systems, methods and procedures to facilitate efficient and effective Technical Support department operations, while ensuring processes are properly documented;Generate technical service requests received from internal and external and assign to Technical Services personnel as directed by manager;Evaluate returned material requests (RMAs) from CSI customers and provide input to help determine if returned material qualifies for customer refund or replacement, including the management of all warranty replacements, including but not limited to PV modules, inverters, and MV stationsDevelop responses and action plans to special and complex RMAs or product application problems with support from internal resources as neededRequirements: BS Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field desirable2-4 years of customer service and RMA experience in a Technical Support environment, as a manager, preferred within the solar manufacturing industry.Organized and experienced in managing multiple tasks in parallelQuantitative and analytical skillsAbility to travel up to 60% of the timeAbility to work cross-functionally, collaboratively and cross-culturallyAbility to read, write and speak , English.Canadian Solar Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
