We are looking for a talent with strong organizational skills and attention to details, to fulfill our position Dispatch Coordinator Junior in Operations Management department in Rio de Janeiro office.

As a Dispatch Coordinator Junior, ensure that all goods presented by the Warehouse Department are delivered by the drivers at the correct address within the time limits set, in appropriate condition and together with the correct documents and appropriate cost.
What you will be doing in this position: Update all ETA's through consistent monitoring with Service Providers Update all ETA's through consistent monitoring with agents if required Responsible for correct document flow, reporting and tracking Process shipments if required Support the Dispatch teams in all Americas Area Report and take action to ensure professional and timely deliveries Monitor and track the delivery notes with Service Providers and Pharox Scan Delivery Notes when applicable. Create invoice for closed orders. Ensure compliance to all rules and regulations Schedule drivers if required Ensure good communication with all relevant departments Provide to the relevant departments with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i.e. charges, delays, etc. Our ideal candidate: Ability to communicate on all levels Ability to work in a team and on own initiatives Good command of written and spoken English Good knowledge of and experience within worldwide transportation methods and requirements Good knowledge of Dangerous Goods transportation regulations in all transport modes In depth familiarity and knowledge of transportation rules and regulations Ability to work outside normal business working hours Additional preferences Dangerous Good Certification Maritime experience Systematic, organized and accurate Good knowledge of products carried Valid Driving Certification This position will be located at Centro/Rio de Janeiro.
