As a Global Business Resilience staff member, you will assist with risk assessments, disaster recovery/continuity plans, support trainings and drills, and work with tools such as Fusion and Everbridge.We are looking for a team member who is eager to learn, gain experiences, and have a great desire for continuous growth and professional development. In this role, you will primarily support disaster recovery plans meant to ensure teams are well prepared and can respond to any significant technical interruption. You will also assist the team with business continuity, emergency response and crisis management plans and exercises, as needed.**Responsibilities**:- Gathering and interpreting data for use in risk assessments, business impact analyses and planning.- Working closely with the IT technical staff to assist in the development, training, testing and refinement of disaster recovery plans for mission critical systems.- Writing After-Action Reports following testing and monitoring action item closure.- Maintaining and reporting disaster recovery data.- Utilizing resilience planning, testing, incident management and emergency communication tools.Qualifications:- Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.- Ability to use good judgement and strong attention to detail and follow-up items.- Ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization to accomplish the program's objectives.- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize key activities.- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team.- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the highest levels of professionalism.- Strong written and verbal communication skills required, including presentation and meeting facilitation experience.- Must possess command of English language; ability to speak/read Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish is desirable.- General computer skills and a proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products is required.- Ability to work productively while remote and communicate effectively in a virtual team environment.- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.**Experience, Education & Certifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not required.- An Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification or similar industry-recognized certification(s) in disaster recovery, business continuity, crisis management, and/or incident management is highly desirable. A Career Development Plan, to include these types of certifications, will be required upon hire.- 1 - 2 years relevant experience in the financial services industry or related field; related work experience could include Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity or Incident Management.- Military experience will be considered.- Experience with Fusion Risk Management (Salesforce), Everbridge Emergency Notification System or related business resilience tools is a plus.InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran's status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.- **This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program
