We've been doing so for 11 years now.**Our Team**We're a small software company of ~25 with people all around the world. Everyone wears multiple hats. It's a team of excellent people, who are all willing to help each other because it's the way we work / our culture.We care about our customers and are a very transparent company in how we build software (e.g.: our product roadmap is public & customer-driven)**The Job**:- Identify, investigate, and resolve user problems which are delivered through a ticketing system.- Consult with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.- Guide users through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes.- Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve problems.- Collaborate with programmers to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs.- Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends regarding the new changes on our software.- Work and collaborate with the team in our **working timezones;**8am - 5pm Paris Time (GMT +1)8am - 5pm Singapore Time (GMT +8)8am - 5pm NYC time (GMT -4)If you're reading this, and thinking, "perfect, this is for me", here's what we're looking for from YOU:- GREAT English skills - You'll be communicating with our customers on a daily basis.- Have soft skills - Ability to quickly and efficiently communicate and adapt to different cultural styles and different customer situations.- Are able to understand customer's needs and are willing to explain the solution no matter how much time it takes.- Team player - we are a small team of people working closely; in our team there is no "I'', only ,"We''.- Knowledge around API is a plus.- Organizational skills & discipline.- Good internet connection & willingness to learn.- Be very responsive - all the time.- Have a sense of humor :)Does this sound like you?**Salary**: R$6,709.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- What's your thoughts on team work vs. working alone?- Is there anything specific about this role that made you apply?- Just so we understand that you understand, can you explain in your own words what Helpjuice is?
