Uncapped has raised $120 million from investors including Lakestar, Mouro Capital, Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Seedcamp, and All Iron Ventures.**About the Services Team****What you will do ??**- Ensure Uncapped is providing world-class support to the customer during every part of their lifetime as a customer- Resolve customer issues in a great speed, keeping backlog inexistent- Onboarding customers based on our internal policies and procedures- Perform enhanced due diligence reviews on business customers and their owners- Generate and maintain appropriate case documentation- Escalate any issues or complex cases and ensure their resolution- Other ad-hoc business due diligence-related tasks**Requirements**:**Who you are**- Previous experience in a fintech or fast pace environment is a must- Experience in customer support or account executive roles- Experience with Hubspot CRM- Experience in processing KYC and EDD cases for UK/EU commercial lending or banking customers- Bachelor's level degree or professional qualification- Good oral and written communication skills required- Fluency in verbal and written English.
