Customer Services Representatives

Moorside Manufacturing is a precision engineering company formed in 1991 and specialises in sub-contrating high quality, high tolerance precision engineered components. We have a skilled team that handle different jobs and have the ability to turn jobs round quickly, bringing solutions to customers problems. We have an established workforce that we want to improve with this recruitment exercise.

We seek to employ Customer Services Representatives who will perform the following duties:

Data entry / revisions into service data base

Customer support through email and phone for a designated region

Maintain project control documentation

Orders, process billable and warranty repairs

Interactive responsibilities to include sales, accounting, shipping and warehouse

Process international shipment documentation

Ability to generate reports and provide accurate information to management


Requirements:

Expert knowledge of Excel
Excellent English language skills, written and verbal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized
Detail Oriented
Meets deadlines under stress
Flexible and able to prioritize tasks

Required experience:

Customer Service: 3 years
