Support is via ticketing system and a live chat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.
Support will be in Russian & English, applicants need to speak both languages.
Responsibilities:Handle high volume live chat and other online toolsProvide accurate, valid and comprehensive informationFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policiesSupport other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requestsManage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolutionGo the extra mile to engage customersRequirements:College degree or aboveFluent Russian language, advanced English speakerMinimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
