At a time of expanding its manufacturing park and diversifying its product portfolio, a leading company in the Durable Consumer Goods segment is looking for a new executive to lead and improve logistics processes, both in distribution centers and of transport. As Logistics Manager, your main mission will be to optimize the flow of logistics operations, ensuring compliance with the level of services agreed with customers. Your performance will have a direct impact on the company's growth in the B2C market, in addition to the already consolidated service inB2B. Main responsabilities:Implement processes, routines and management tools, aiming to optimize control of the company's outbound operational performance; Develop and train the team, in order to build a culture of operational excellence and results orientationManage contracts for logistics operators and transport companies, ensuring compliance with the main agreed service level indicators; Implement strategies to optimize routes and, consequently, transport costs. Requiriments:Experience as a team manager in the Logistics area, preferably in durable consumer goods industries; Consolidated experience in managing Outbound Logistics processes: warehouse and transport; Experience as leader of logistics operational excellence projects for e-commerce/B2C; Knowledge of supply chain and transport management systems and tools; Degree in Business Administration, Engineering and/or related courses preferred; Postgraduate degree inLogistics is desirable.
