You will be responsible for the implementation of the B2C business strategy at a regional level from the marketing standpoint. Your main goal will be to develop regional marketing strategy supporting business priorities across different channels – and ensure its execution coordinating activities of other teams (like PR, social media, digital marketing etc.). You set guidelines and timelines, perform analysis to identify local trends and opportunities, analyze existing marketing programs and projects, and develop strategies to optimize regional operations for better efficiency What You Will Be Doing: Assist in the development of regional marketing communication strategies targeting priority audiences in support of B2C business objectives. Contribute to the creation and execution of local marketing programs aimed at improving brand visibility and generating traffic, while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Support the coordination of cross-functional teams involved in executing integrated marketing campaigns within the region, including e-commerce, digital, PR, social media, and brand marketing. Contribute to the production of marketing materials across various channels (sales presentations, webinar content, social media posts, emails, website assets, print materials, etc.), ensuring updates in line with inputs from the Product Marketing team. Assist in monitoring local market trends, industry shifts, and competitive landscape to identify potential growth opportunities. Aid in managing relationships with creative agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders to support product marketing communication strategies effectively. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams, vendors, agencies/freelancers, and media outlets as needed for project execution. Assist in managing and tracking the regional marketing budget, ensuring accurate allocation of resources across different marketing activities. What You Should Have/Know: Experienced marketer with a proven record of ROI-based B2C product campaigns development Content creation and project management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English 3+ years of experience in B2C IT industry Microsoft Office- advanced user Experience to lead creative agencies from briefing to execution
