Utilise your technical and consulting expertise to empower our customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams addressing their data needs and helping them make improved decisions and run their operations efficiently. Lead the customer through on-premise and cloud based product installation and proactively work with the team on managing and monitoring customer environments.Day to day activities:Become an on the ground expert in capabilities of the Alex product set, and how to best leverage them to achieve business value for our customers.Work closely with customers to understand their data governance requirements, challenges and design solutions that align with their business goals and compliance needs.Work with the customer, implementation and product teams to configure the Alex solution in customer environments.Help enable customers and partnersGather and document detailed customer requirements to define the scope of the implementation projectWork with the customer, implementation and product teams to configure the Alex solution in customer environments.Assist sales with the formal proposal and/or and Statement of Work for any required implementation and on-going professional servicesProvide feedback to product management to drive new features or address feature deficienciesDevelop and communicate best practices and solutions using the Alex platform in the form of internal and external presentations, blogs, and solution guidesIdentify new opportunities in existing customer sites to extend their Alex deploymentWork with the Delivery Manager on project planning and estimationWhat we are looking for:Customer management / Consulting experienceStrong consulting experience - you have worked with large enterprise clients (such as banking, finance, retail, insurance)Superb communication and customer relationship management skillsConfident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audiencePassionate about teaching and be able to convey complex concepts to ensure new clients get familiar with AlexGreat experience in requirements gatheringTechnical skills / knowledgeStrong knowledge of Data management domain, you understand the pain points, processes and business needsExperience creating architectural solutionsExperience with multiple databases (SQL, Oracle, Teradata etc)Prior experience in working with complex integration and ETL systemsWorking knowledge of PythonAttitudeYou're a team player who can effectively work as part of a small dynamic team, collaborating and communicating openly whilst contributing to a positive work environmentYou're flexible and happy to wear different hats and roll up your sleeves to get the job doneYou love to solve problems and take ownership of your workEager to grow and share your knowledge and expertiseIf that's not enough to get you excited - here's some more info you might be interested in:Make work, work for you!
