Whoosh is a leading electric scooter sharing service, dedicated to providing efficient and sustainable transportation solutions. We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a City Manager for our Rio de Janeiro location.As the City Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center in Rio de Janeiro. You will be leading a team of drivers, mechanics, and coordinators to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our electric scooter fleet.Responsibilities:Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scootersRecruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinatorsEnsure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processesMonitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targetsCoordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issuesBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventoryRequirementsFluent EnglishProven experience in logistics or operations managementStrong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExperience in managing service centers is a plusKnowledge of the B2C market and customer service best practicesBenefitsWe offer: Competitive salary (to be discussed with successful candidate); The possibility of career and professional development; Interesting and ambitious tasks;
