Your next challengeThe Sales Manager for payments and financial markets will be responsible for executing the commercial strategy of bank distribution channel, participating in the definition of goals and objectives according to the needs of the bank's different segments and leading the commercial team that will work on managing the channel. Lead the team of consultants who will support the Support channel in their regions of operation. Measure the channel's sales performance, ensuring training and the support necessary to achieve objectives.Capillarity of bank's distribution channel according to the Manager's region of operation. Pipeline management with bank, identifying new sales opportunities and process improvements 3. Manage and ensure the efficiency and agility of the negotiation and approval processes of proposals in the system (authority policy)4. Ensure the training of bank distribution channel through periodic training and sales support materials, working together with the marketing area to provide product promotion materials5. Monitor the results of the bank channel, measuring sales performance, prospecting status, revenue volume, revenue and contribution margin6. Monitor the bank channel sales pipeline, actively participating in the main negotiations, from prospecting to closing the deal.7. Work together with the operations and customer care area, ensuring that sales made through the bank channel are implemented according to plan and that services are provided in accordance with agreed service levels.8.
