We are delighted to support our client, Wavebird, in their search for a CEO.Wavebird, the Bahamas-based fractional jet company provides Luxury private aviation services from the islands and services a uniquely niche and personalised Client demographic.Established in 2022, the company has three aircraft but has huge ambitions to grow this fleet, team, facilities and in-house capabilities including maintenance, sales and operations.AeroProfessional has been exclusively retained to recruit a CEO who will oversee all aspects of Wavebird's business and become a partner in creating a world class private aviation company.The ideal CEO will come from a similar background of fractional aircraft ownership and be extremely comfortable in networking with and selling high-value front end cost products e.g. jet cards to UHNW individuals.
