Job Description: Inside Sales - Staff Augmentation Or Business Development (Jaipur Location)

Experience - 1+ Years (Candidates who are looking for an Internship can also apply)

**Position Overview:** As an Inside Sales Representative focused on staff augmentation, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts. You will be responsible for understanding clients' staffing needs, proposing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

**Location:** Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

**Key Responsibilities:** 1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries for staff augmentation services in Jaipur and surrounding areas.

2. Generate leads and actively reach out to prospective clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

3. Qualify leads and prospects by understanding their staffing needs, business goals, and challenges.

4. Educate potential clients about our staff augmentation services, benefits, and advantages over competitors.

5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals tailored to meet clients' specific requirements.

7. Close deals and negotiate contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

9. Collaborate with the delivery and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of staff augmentation resources for clients.

10. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall growth.

Requirements **Qualifications:* - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven inside sales experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industry, preferably in staff augmentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes, including understanding client requirements and identifying suitable candidates.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
