We are looking for (BPS Practice Head) who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities) As a Practice Head, you will lead the Solutioning, right-sizing, technical proposal development and defense, negotiate and implement complex BPS solutions for very large local and global organizations. You are experienced in a global IT/Consulting firm landscape, connecting multiple stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose elegant solutions, and guiding the implementation and steady-state support of BPS services and operations. Extensive BPS/CSC Leadership experience, across all streams (HR, Payroll, Finnance, Logistics, Controllership). Must have led hands-on experience in the operations and management of Shared services teams, preferably in a IT Service Provider/Consulting firm. Must haad led of actively participated in transformational projects within the CSC/BPS environment, such as automation, implementation of self-service/bots, Agile Transformation in CSC/BPS environment. Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics Fluency in English Good resource planning skills. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to communicate and create relationships at all levels in the organization. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. And much better if you stand out for : Spanish A Master's degree in business administration will be advantageous.
