The candidate The Sales Executive is responsible for handling all aspects of sales. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities . By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customersEssential Functions:Establishes clients through direct inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the company to ensure that predetermined sales expectations are met or exceeded.Develops and maintains relationships with those clients that already successfully complete their trip in order to produce future business again.Able to answer high volume of customer calls and assist as needed.Accurately maintains a detailed client email communication chain.Participation in weekly meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required.Develop/maintain knowledge of the market and destinations we sell, and customers.Responds quickly to clients requests in a friendly but professional manner. ConsistentlyFollows up to ensure customer satisfaction that meets and exceeds our Greca service standards.Fulfills Emergency Duty Shifts, eventually.Maintains high confidentiality in regards to client's privacy.Any and all other duties deemed necessary by a member of management.Non-Essential Functions:Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and ability to face to face meetings with clients that come to pay their packages at the office.Technical Skill Requirements:Excellent working knowledge of customer service and operating processes/proceduresAble to understand and analyze manual and automated reportsComprehensive knowledge of applications of appropriate PC applications Qualifications1-5 years' quota carrying sales experienceNative or Fluent in both languages listed:french and portuguese. (Required)Understand English or Spanish.Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quotaStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer centric. Ability to execute prompt and courteous service to ensure that our customer expectations are exceededAbility to perform effectively under high pressure/volume, self-motivated, high energy and enthusiastic.Time management skills, planning and organizational skills. Detail oriented.Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionPrevious Experience in other Incoming or Outgoing Agencies preferredAdvanced use of desktop and mobile devices.High sense of commitment and responsibility towards the Job, co-workers and customers.Availability to work from Home with no interruptions (office enviroment & internet)
