What Administration contributes to Cardinal HealthThe Sales Administrative Assistant will be a supportive force who empowers and enables our business unit to attain goals and objectives.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to details.This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers.Due to the nature and involvement with our global partners, we seek someone with advance to fluent (highly preferred) level of English and impeccable values of confidentiality.ResponsibilitiesProvide support to Brazil Business unit as directed by Country Leader, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficientlyPlan and orchestrate work to ensure that priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheldOrganize team communications, plan meetings and events, both internal and off-siteReserving and setting up meeting rooms as instructed, proactively requests, and assemble meeting materials needed.Coordinates the organization's Town Halls to include scheduling, communication, information, PowerPoint presentation, etc.Outlines agenda, takes meeting minutes and provides updates on action plansAdministers office rental contract, maintenance, parking lot agreement as well as coordination of applicable paymentsInternational Newsletter and Brasil Journal Local publications – will secure forms, marketing information and ensures article readiness for approval and submissionOrder and oversee office supplies to include Business Cards and Access CardsLiaise and be Travel Agency primary contact, regularly meeting and communicate with Travel Agency Account Manager for transactional support and registrationProactively manages execution of contracts signature and addresses issues with the managerMaintains files and database information up to date.Ensure Org Chart is reviewed and updated based on changes.Liaise with Accounts Payable department, being responsible for process of payment approval internal flows related to Sales and Marketing (TWA)Support the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Agenda by fostering and promoting allyship with different Employee Resource Groups as well as arranging meetings and presentations by various ERG leaders.Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environmentResponsibilities might change and/or evolve as needed by the business unitQualifications 2+ years of experience in an administrative role preferable reporting directly to upper managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a mustStrong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projectsProficiency with office productivity (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Forms are a must) tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systemsFlexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challengesAbility to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employeesProactive, positive, and inclusiveNice-to-have QualificationsAptitude for BI tools such as PowerBI and TableauCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.Cardinal Health supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience and background.We celebrate the power of our differences to create better solutions for our customers by ensuring employees can be their authentic selves each day.Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, creed, status with regard to public assistance, genetic status or any other status protected by federal, state or local law.To read and review this privacy notice click here
