Organizes and monitors daily work process, quality, and goals to ensure productivity and sustained growth as well as acts as the link between those supervised and upper managementKey Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Participate in NSF trainings according to the program's requirements.Develop effective work plans for the completion of assigned inspections/audits within a determined timeframe.Monitor and report client needs, service delivery issues, and competitive threats to management teamMake process flows when necessary.Perform other functions when requested.Create and keep up to date all the IC's contractsUpdate the auditor's matrix and GRIP information.Assign trainings and give the correct qualifications to the auditors in GRIP.Support auditors with Iaudit, Oasis and IPulse.Monitor and ensure compliance with audit reporting and CARs deadlinesGive support and manage auditor's needs.Assist with the development of auditor training; assist with new auditor training and calibration processesResponsible for the processing and upkeep of contract auditor documentation, contracts, qualifications, and general personnel requirements.Review audit scheduling and completion to ensure that all timelines and audit requirements are met for key customers.Team managementApproval of expenses and travel displacement/ Evaluate and approve auditors expenses reports.Responsible for the selection process, onboarding, integration, qualification, and calibration of auditors at the systemAuditors KPIs maintenance, evaluation, and feedbacks.Provide Onboarding training to new auditors.Communicate and guarantee auditor alignments (operational and technical).Coordinate onsite training activities (shadow and witness) for auditors as required.Responsibilities for Internal Candidates:Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering or related field.Experience as quality or food safety manager in the food industry.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Competent computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.Advanced English and Spanish.
