Assistant Brand Manager

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an Assistant Brand Manager for an FMCG company located in Colombo. As an Assistant Brand Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of company brand strategies. Working closely with the Brand Manager you will contribute to the overall success of the brands by assisting in market research product development advertising campaigns and brand promotions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative mindset strong analytical skills and a passion for building brands. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends competitor activities and opportunities for brand growth. Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product development sales and marketing to ensure brand objectives are met. Support the creation of marketing materials including advertising campaigns packaging designs and promotional materials. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for optimization. Maintain brand integrity across all channels and touchpoints. Assist in managing relationships with external agencies vendors and partners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field. 23 years of experience in marketing or brand management preferably within the consumer goods industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
