What are we looking for? We are looking for a Asset Management Specialist . Pivotal role in overseeing the performance and value optimization of operating assets throughout their lifecycle. The primary focus will be on maximizing returns on investment while ensuring strict adherence to financing agreements and regulatory requirements. What challenges will you face? Financial Analysis & Reporting : conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities. And, Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Present financial information to management and provide explanations for variances and trends. Budgeting and Forecasting: elaborate & monitor annual budget and long-term financial forecast. Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow projections and liquidity needs. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to optimize cash flow. Implement strategies to improve working capital management. Risk Management: identify and assess financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and controls. Financial Planning and Strategy: Assist in the development of financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with financing agreements, loan covenants, and regulatory requirements related to operating assets. Mantain accurate records of asset-related financial transactions, contracts, and documentation. What specific knowledge do you need? At least 3 years of experience in similar positions in Asset Management, Energy or Utilities industries. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering, Math, Statistics.
