We are expanding our Mobility Department and right now we're looking for an Acquisition Supervisor to join our team! This professional will be responsible for coordinating the performance of our acquisition team, in order to expand the user base of different verticals of services. Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily. This position is based in Recife, Brazil. What you will do: Supervise online and offline direct acquisition teams in Brazil Scale the organization to meet each mobility verticals growth targets, OKRs and KPIs Manage and create new ways to track the activation and acquisition team's efficiency Conduct hiring process and training of new Promoters/Sales Analysts Attend to and hold meetings with subordinates, peers and direct managers Bring new insights to guide the direct acquisition team's development Monitor Promoters/Sales Analysts performance Track acquisition channel's efficiency as well as optimize its processes Build dashboards, present key datasets and business metrics to enable all team members to efficiently and effectively monitor performance and prioritize their efforts During the absence of new offline launches, work on monitoring competitors, bringing new ways to increase job efficiency, validate experiments, conduct surveys as well as call campaigns What we expect from you: Bachelor's degree; Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge; Advanced English level; Native/advanced Portuguese level; Strong previous experience in commercial planning; Previous experience in team management; Excellent communication skills; Travel availability.
