As a Broker, you will play a vital role in providing our clients with personalised financial advice and solutions tailored to their unique needs. You would: Conduct financial needs analyses and identify suitable financial products for clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets. Non-negotiable: Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate. Minimum of 2 years' experience in non-life insurance. Advantageous: Relevant financial services qualification (RE5 according to DOFA date) or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
