810 Vehicle Integration Project Manager

**Requisitos**:- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics / Production /Industrial);- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;- PMP® certification is a plus;- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-functional working team;- Assertive communication and with good influencing skills;- Understand the need of stakeholder management at different levels;- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working.**Atividades**:- The Vehicle Integration Project Manager is responsible to secure that we have a good cross-functional delivery for the projects (JIRA Epics) related to Product Development (Product Changes and Product Modifications), from the pre-study phase until the Start-of-Production.- In this position, you will lead Product Modifications and/or Epics that are part of a bigger program;- You will be leading the pre-studies and deliveries in the early phases like; Concept preparation, alignment among product owners & all solution providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities) definition and agreement with key stakeholders, cross-functional development maturity progress alignment (to reach stable releases), securement of Business Cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of Start of Production (with high confidence);- In the late phases you will lead the final development of the Epics/solutions and work in close cooperation with Chief Project Managers to secure the industrialization.**Escolaridade Mínima**: Ensino Superior
