1037 Business Controller Analyst - Temporary (8497)

Requisitos: • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is required; • Master's degree in Business, Finance or similar field of study is preferred; • IT proficient: good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP R/3. Power BI skill is a bonus; • Good understanding of AB Volvo financial reporting processes and systems is a plus; • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Atividades: • Work closely with functional leaders / site management to develop financial forecasts and operational goals by applying business judgment and providing financial insights to assist with decision-making; • Consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance of the business function / region; • Coordinate the budget, forecast and actual cost periodically including preparation of management reporting; • Performing variance analysis, reviewing and challenging reported actuals and forecasts and provide first level of information; • Investigate trends / gaps / opportunities, thereby implementing best practices and continuous improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in controlling; • Perform proactive controlling and champion a culture of cost awareness in the organization; • Actively contribute in developing routines, processes and ways of working on global and regional levels by sharing input and suggestions based on knowledge and experience; • Deliver your role in a highly collaborative manner that generates buy-in and enthusiasm from your peers, your business counterparts and stakeholders at the site; • Active management team participation, drive team understanding of financial impact from decisions and direction taken; • Project Portfolio financial management; • Drive synergies in partnership with other functions in terms of competence, performance and drive improvement of operations, quality of work and efficiency of the Local Business Unit; • Drive your own personal learning through maximizing the scope offered by the role and the creation of a focused development plan with specific actions and timelines.
