What You'll Do: - Perform research and gather documentation to compile comprehensive reports delivering operational reports, and transactional tasks. - Work with banking/financial entities, international agencies, or government officials. - Assist in the vendor and client registration process, purchasing, and accounts payable process. - Data processing: responsible for updating records in the company system. - Assist in the department's programs, projects, and processes. - Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports. - Assist in tracking due dates and compliance with US tax returns and other legal requirements.
