Job Details Windows Desktop Management Specialist Job Description Stefanini is hiring Desktop Management Specialists, experienced with Windows Systems, to join one of our Lisbon based clients.The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows servers, ensuring their proper functioning across this client's facilities.Work-model: remote/hybrid (with in-person onboarding day in Lisbon)Project duration: 1 year with chances of extendingRole responsibilities:Install, maintain, and administer Windows servers, ensuring their proper functioning.Manage the IT infrastructure.Continuously monitor the status and alarms of managed equipment, proactively diagnosing and solving anomalies.Receive, process, and close user incidents or requests for accesses, changes, and IT support.Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.Propose improvements to processes under their responsibility.Troubleshoot systems and software to create predictable measures for operation and maintenance, including protection procedures.Keep systems and platforms up to date proactively.Participate in IT projects, contributing expertise in relevant areas.
