You will lead a variety of research initiatives to shape and improve the user experience across client products, providing strategic insights that inform design and product strategy. What You'll Do Roles + Responsibilities Lead and execute a comprehensive range of research methods, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches, to support product innovation and user experience design Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle Champion the role of user research in strategic discussions, ensuring that user insights contribute to business objectives and product strategy Develop and refine user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints, translating complex behaviors into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams Design, recruit for, and conduct end-to-end research studies, including usability tests, interviews, and surveys Analyze research data using advanced methods to reveal underlying patterns and insights Present compelling, evidence-based recommendations to stakeholders, driving user-centered decisions What You'll Bring 5+ years of dedicated UX research experience with a track record of impacting user experience strategy Proven ability to design and lead a wide range of user research activities Mastery of usability principles, heuristics, and a nuanced understanding of cognitive biases Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the agility to utilize minimal resources effectively Continuous engagement with the latest UX research trends and openness to evolving methodologies Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work autonomously and guide others You have experience with research-specific tools such as UserTesting.com This is not necessary but is a bonus if you have a bachelor's or MS in human behavior-related field
