As a Technical Recruiter at micro1, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and communicating effectively with both candidates and the internal team.QualificationsExperience in full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting for LATAM and US regionsStrong communication skillsAbility to build relationships with candidates and hiring managersExperience in hiring and evaluating software engineersExperience using recruitment tools and platformsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of software engineering, familiarity with AI-driven recruiting technologies, and experience in the tech industry.
