Position: Talent Acquisition SpecialistSalary: $1100-$1500/month USD, plus bonus for each hire you makeHours: General EST hours, with some overlap needed 6-9pm timeframe on some days to do interviews in other timezones. You'll be working on various client profiles, doing end-to-end recruitment work for both the Philippines and South America/LatAm.RequirementsPartner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top candidates globallyUtilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with potential candidatesConduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote and global rolesCoordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teamsManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboardingQualifications:Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring candidates globallyProven experience in the South American/LatAm marketProven experience hiring candidates for US companiesFamiliarity with active sourcing (outbound)If you've read this far, please include the word "blue" in the 'summary letter' section of application.
