Job responsibilities: 1. Based on the business needs and deep understanding of employment scenarios in warehousing, develop employment plans and ensure employment compliance in business processes;
2. Based on the existing cooperation model of labor suppliers, establish and maintain a sustainable supplier cooperation relationship evaluation system;
3. Explore new labor supplier resources, be responsible for regular communication with suppliers, promptly follow up and handle on-site emergencies, assess existing suppliers and replace incompetent suppliers according to supplier assessment rules;
4. Provide suppliers with compliant operational practices in employment, and promote continuous improvement in employment by suppliers;
5. Regularly collect and research information related to peer companies and external labor markets and ensure the market competitiveness of SHEIN.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in outsourcing companies (labor suppliers) management;
2. Familiar with the labor market, and having deep understanding of flexible employment and business outsourcing;
3. Proficient in using Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with strong writing skills;
4. Having sense of teamwork, excellent data analysis skills, communication and coordination skills, and systematic problem-solving skills;
5. Being able to accept the short-term business trips.
