Our offices are newly crafted, specifically to accommodate Scrum development, self-organizing and autonomous teams in an open and highly collaborative environment. The professional will be responsible for providing reliable and high-quality Enterprise web solutions on top of low-code platforms.
This individual requires the use of specialized knowledge and skills, problem-solving techniques, challenge the status quo, deliver innovation, and resolve how to best support the business through the effective use of technology.
Primary responsibilities include operating as part of the Agile team, working alongside the Product Owner to understand the requirements, and translating these to a set of solutions. You will be responsible for: • Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products. • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders, and business technology partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Architect, design, build, ship, and maintain reusable systems that drive our sophisticated enterprise applications. • Own, build, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals and proof of concepts. • Write clean, fast, compatible, easy-to-use, and testable code to turn ideas into production-quality products. • Agile and DevOps mentality. • Work with development in Low Code platforms like Appian in the core functionalities, and also in the integrations using AWS components like API Gateway, Lambda Functions and S3 bucket. • Mentor and be mentored by other engineers by leading and collaborating in all engineering discussions and voicing support for engineering methodologies.
