Full Job Description We are looking for enthusiastic Software Development Lead Developer to work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure that the development team & technologies used are aligned with these. Core Responsibilities Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team Designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications Communicating with clients, colleagues, management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to identify problems or issues and ensure they are resolved Designing software architectures that support the company's goals while ensuring high performance, scalability, and security Developing and maintaining software code bases according to established coding standards and best practices Conducting code reviews to ensure that new code is error-free and conforms to established standards Evaluating emerging technologies to determine if they can be integrated into the company's products or services Reporting progress on projects to management using status meetings and other communication tools Working with other departments within the company to ensure that the software being developed meets their needs Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standardsRequirements 5+ years of experience in software development Frameworks: Laravell or similars or any kind of framework related those languages; Scripting languages like bash or similar Good ideas for UI/UIX implementation Experience with web application development, as well as cloud-centric workflows and DevOps.
