Our mission is focus on Advance medical technologies to make healthcare more accessible.With Mindray as Service Engineer Endoscopy, your main responsabilities will be:Perform daily service operation for both PMLS (Patient Monitoring Life Support) oriented to Endoscopy products, including follow up onsite service, installation, repairing, replacing, routine check,, quality plan etc; and provide technical support(remote and field) to distributor on need; Follow the company policy to perform quality service to achieve customer satisfaction, and revenue target; Provide pre sales/demo support, as well as congress field support on demand, collect and feedback related market informaiton to manager.Provide training for technical distributor employee; Request spar part to Head Quarters.RequirementsExperience: 0-3 years as a Service Engineer oriented to EndoscopyLanguage : Advanced English Education: High school/college or above; Electronic/biomedical engineering or relevant professional categoriesWell-organized, able to function independently, with a minimum of supervisionUnderstand the industry related charge standard, processes and new products information.Familiar with computer and office softwareMindray Brazil offers an exciting professional environment.
