We innovate so our customers cangrow.About the right teammemberWe're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help define and execute the product strategy for the internal tools team at ClassPass.About theroleYou will be responsible for managing and creating tools that enable and empower key internal teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships and Finance to deliver faster and more efficiently through actionable insights, automation, and self-service capabilities.Own significant and complex businessobjectives (OKRs) and be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from discovery to iterative releases necessary to achieve these objectives.Translate different channels of user insight, product analytics, and research into a strategic roadmap, then into actionable work.Identify and recommend success metrics and/or key results related to your business objective that enable meaningful ways to measure progress.Communicate user problems, business opportunities, team roadmaps, on-going updates, and project/OKR results clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences (e.g., executive stakeholders, product team, people with and without technical expertise).Manage complex rollouts, including coordinating QA, and working closely with cross-functional partners (e.g., CS, Sales, Engineering).Skills & experienceYou are a seasoned product manager with a track record of shipping impactful, internal products for business teams such as CX, CS and sales.You're experienced with an agile discovery and development process and working collaboratively in full stack product teams.You are technically and analytically savvy, with knowledge about how products are built and are comfortable defining, querying, and interpreting your own data.You have a proven track record as a strong communicator, influencer, and cross-functional partner.You have strong product intuition based on experience but reinforce this through a deep understanding of user feedback and analytical data.You have relevant and Strong experience in product management.Sound like the role for you?
