Senior Human Resources Specialist(Mandarin)

Job title: Senior HR Specialist(Mandarin) The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, acting as a bridge from Brazil Office to China HQ. Responsibilities You will be working closely with a vibrant local HR team, supporting all HR-related functions including recruitment, training, data collecting, contract making, policy research, etc. Communicating with external HR and Legal consulting agencies, to fulfill Growatt's purpose and project plan. Act as a bridge between Brazil and China, making sure the operation of all local projects and having frequent reports. REPORTING LINE: Just like the rest of the team, you will be reporting to the Overseas HRBP. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with the major in Human Resource or related fields. 4+ years' experience in Human Resources. Excellent command of both Portuguese and English. Familiar with the operation process of various practices of human resource management, e.g. labor law and related Brazilian norms, and preferably possess the experience in the actual implementation and practice of those, preferably experience in Payroll & Benefit.
