Your responsibilities• Design, deploy and oversees the implementation and integration of SAP systems for cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS). This includes both migrating on premise.• Be responsible for SAP solution lifecycle management and for ensuring the performance and reliability of SAP Systems. Continuously evaluate quality process improvements in Build or run areas and devise rollout strategy for those.• Roadmap Planning to streamline, standardize and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery across sites while achieving improvements in performance, reliability, robustness and scalability.• Lead and review the following administration activities: Install, configure, monitor, fine-tune, and troubleshoot the SAP technical environment on an ongoing basis as well as planning & scheduling SAP transport system.• Collaborate and coordinate closely with various other IS teams to establish the infrastructure standards and requirements for proper operation of SAP systems and landscapes and will provide the highest level of technical expertise and consulting on SAP platforms.• Participate in projects to implement and/or enhance SAP systems and applications and work with technical and other IS teams to define user requirements, coordinate system-wide updates and install upgrades and patches.• Monitor, maintain and improve performance metrics for system features and recommends and takes corrective/preventive actions on those metrics.• Plan and co-ordinate Outages, Patching and any other activity impacting SAP landscape including impacts from Application, Network, OS, Storage and database. Be responsible to establish and test DR/HA Plans impacting the landscape. Be accountable for the performance of subordinates or the work output of managed subcontractors.
