You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: +6 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus At least 4 years of experience with technical implementations Salesforce product knowledge: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Field Service (Field Service Lightning). CRM process design and implementations background Strong conversational and written communication skills in English Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions. Good understanding of business processes, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide optimal solutions. Excellent client relationship management skills You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Proactively recommending new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions for the business using Salesforce.
