A Sneak Peek into Your Role: Think outside the box;Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the PSP industry;Generate leads to fuel our sales pipeline;Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve;Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, financial institutions, and technology providers;Finalize deals and devise strategies for ongoing sales growth;Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for our valued B2B clients;Provide ongoing support to clients, swiftly resolving any product-related issues that may arise;Visit industry events worldwide, to cultivate valuable networking connections and opportunities for collaboration. You're good at: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the PSP, fintech industry;Strong understanding of payment processing technologies, merchant services, and e-commerce platforms;Possession of a robust client network within the iGaming sector;Proven experience in business development and sales, with a track record of smashing sales goals within Fintech, PSP, SaaS, or IT sectors;Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and strengthening client relationships;Proven ability to identify decision-makers;Proficiency in navigating the sales cycle and its phases;Proficiency in English and fluency in Portuguese;Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; Our Benefits, Your Happiness: Impactful work on an ambitious project with a dynamic and thriving environment in FinTech;Indefinite-term contract;Possibility of work remotely;Competitive fixed salary plus bonuses monthly;Opportunities for personal growth and tackling diverse challenges.
