Additionalbenefits include exclusive perks like access to local gyms, private members clubs and more.As the Real Estate Sales Manager – LATAM region, you will be responsible for growing our supply network andmanaging existing relationships in this region, with a particular focus on Brazil.You will spend your time as follows:? Supply Acquisition (60%)o Home Strategy You will work with the VP of Supply to assess the available data anddetermine the kind of Homes we need to add to our curated portfolio. This includesanalysis of destination demand to determine the bedroom-mix and neighborhoods totarget.o Lead Generationo Pitching New Owners / Developerso Growth portfolios? Portfolio Management and Owners Relations (40%)o Home Evaluation All new Homes in our portfolio will be handpicked by you. OurHomes must be well designed, high quality and in sync with the Oasis brand.o Properties Uploaded You will be responsible for uploading properties in our systemto ensure all the information is updated and correct in our PMS. The descriptions andamenities should be maintained and updated regularly so that our accountmanagement team are always able to offer the correct properties with the most up todate information to our clients at all times.o Owners Relations – You will be in charge of maintaining a good relationship andassisting property owners with any concerns / questions that they may have. You willbe his/her main point of contact.o Portfolio Upkeep Our homes must always be in perfect condition, priced accuratelyfor season and market. It is important that our homes are driving bookings so you willwork with our Revenue Management team and Account Managers team to ensurethey have all the information needed at all times.o Market Analysis – You will need to stay on top of your market by keeping an eye onthe local competition and short-term rentals prices and services. Ensuring our valueproposition remains attractive and well positioned locally is key.You:? Native Portuguese
