Job Description QualificationsRequired: Technical degree in Mechanical or Automotive systemsPreferred: College student of Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.Very good knowledge of automotive systems and interested in technical literaturesEnglish Advanced (Mandatory writing and speaking) & Spanish (Desired)Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English (strongly desirable)Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Technical drawing experienceProficiency in Photoshop and IllustratorDesirable to be familiar with AutoCAD, Catia, UG (Unigraphics) or any other 3D modelling softwareAbility to keep the standards and to improve (Innovation is a need for this role)Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesHigh sense of urgency and customer focusWorking comfortably within a dynamic business environmentDriven for results skills (desire to win)Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most successfully. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed.
