attitudes;Create and promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly atmosphere while holding all employees accountable to policies and practices, including health and well being programs;Ensure that the leaders act in accordance with the Sandvik Leadership Model;Responsible to ensure that operations are performed in accordance with the Sandvik Code of Conduct and legal standards;Define the infrastructure, material, and human resources necessary to meet the business plan, following the strategic objectives established by the Headquarters;Define the medium and long-term production and infrastructure plan, following the established operational strategy;Coordinate follow-up meetings with the managers of the production unit under its responsibility, to evaluate the results and resources needed for the next production periods.Monitor the evolution of production result KPIs, evaluating and comparing what has been accomplished versus what was planned and defining the need or not for adjustments in planning;Define actions to correct operational indicators with deviations and with deviation trends;Ensuring resources, infrastructure, and the execution of continuous improvement and quality programs, monitoring the achievement of results and the status of projects;Perform administrative management of Human Resources and Controllership processes and indicators, following business indicators and budgets;Ensure the development, training, and preparation of successors for the positions of Management;Coordinate the processes of nationalization and relocation of products in the plant under its responsibility and among other plants of the company;Consolidate results and performance indicators and report to the management team and their hierarchical superiors.Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions (for example changes to procedures, workflow, or equipment) that will improve performance.Liaise with functional or operational area managers to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities.Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, treating, or packaging;Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Dormer Pramet's strategic initiativesSecure and implement plans to achieve supply goals such as production volumes, cost productivity, personnel productivity, lead times, rejections, quality, automatization and continuous improvements.Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and human capital;Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volumeDevelop and maintain a highly motivated team with good flexibility;Ensure that the manufacturing processes are in line with Dormer Pramet group standards and directives;Improve the management of maintenance for the entire facility;Manage and coordinate with the engineering team the development of projects;Manage and coordinate with the maintenance team improvements, deadlines, projects and so on to better support production areas;Manage the mapping, analysis and recommendations actions for the prevention and treatment of risks for the company, including Environmental, Image and Property Losses scope.Lead and/or foment sustainability programs;Competencies Required:Preferably can show background with a clear Lean Manufacturing profile, including experience setting up and maintaining lean processes, follow up of issues, customer support, and with experience from a global environment and matrix organization;Strong knowledge and experience in industry and application;High level of business acumen, business relations, and project management;Being able to work organized and independently;Fluent in English and Portuguese is a must;Excellent communication, especially active listening;Good Negotiation skills;Ability to promote teams in advancing processes in production, talent to build a climate that supports excellent performance;Experienced in leading people in new directions and challenging environments;Knowledge in leading and implementing change projects that have an important impact on work and organization;Production and Industrial Processes;Integrated
