Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Project Manager to join our R&D team.
The ideal candidate has a solid experience in managing complex projects, with proven skills in leading teams towards success.
He/she will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring compliance with established timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Define clear project objectives and develop detailed plans to achieve them.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of projects.Continuously monitor the progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of objectives and challenges.Ensure the quality of work through effective management of control phases.Generate and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Requirements:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.Proven experience in managing complex projects.In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SolidWorks.Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Results-oriented and skilled in problem-solving.We offer the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment with growth opportunities and a strong drive for technological innovation.
