About ZeBrands ZeBrands, a Mexican start up founded in 2015 with the introduction of its first brand Luuna is now expanding its operations to Brazil and the US, seeking a Tech Product Manager to define, design and implement all the software needs to support Brazil operations assuring it compliance with the country accounting regulations.
Since its fundation Luuna was develop with the purpose of revolutionizing the sleep industry and has become the fastest-growing direct to consumer brand across all categories and a reference for disruptions in the retail industry in Mexico. Since then, the group has launched multiple brands, transforming Luuna into ZeBrands, a brand powerhouse. Its customer-centric business model, powered by a strong IT backbone has allowed it to double its sales every year, on average, since inception.
ZeBrands intends to keep delivering high-quality products and services, powered by the best in class tech platform across Mexico and Latin America, targeting different industries with the same characteristics as cccthe sleep industry in Mexico. This is mainly a remote position, but candidates should be able to attend ZeBrands Sao Pablo office or any other supplier location for the project purpose if needed.
The Opportunity As part of our strategical expansion, at ZeBrands we are creating the next hyper-growth service marketplace platform that will deliver in-person services related to our brand's products, to then grow as an independent brand. To create the desired tech. products, we are looking for technical product manager.
This role calls for a technical business person that will develop and execute a vision, a strategy and a roadmap for our marketplace technology products, enabling the providers to serve the clients, the clients to book appointments and the team to manage a fast-growing operation. You will work with cross- functional leaders and other teams to fulfill this vision, including marketing, design, technology, finance and operations.
You will lead a complex ecosystem of tech. product and will be responsible for crafting this vision and executing on it to greatly impact our business, including best-in-class web and mobile apps, advanced CRM and ERP systems, dashboards and analytics systems. We are building a multi service marketplace solution for multiple markets, making the challenge even more exciting.
We are looking for passion, flexibility, leadership, technical skills and capacity to make complex decisions regarding our tech. products, with 5+ years of experience. Our product process helps us create the magic, so we take it seriously. We run agile sprints and ship code and deliverables in production every week.
We are always looking for improvement and new technologies, frameworks and products that can simplify our lives, so an important part of this position will be to guide our technical, marketing and design teams in those difficult choices and own the future of our roadmap and tech stack.
