The company is looking for a leader to build the vital area to ensure a solid foundation for the continuity of its national expansion. The new People and Management Department will have as its main challenge the strategic leadership of the human factor, structuring the area as a whole and disseminating constantly evolving practices. Main responsabilities: Develop planning for all Human Resources subsystems (Talent Acquisition and Retention, Climate and Culture, Succession Planning, Individual and Leadership Development Programs); Manage the talent acquisition process, ensuring that there are structured integration procedures; Implement practices and policies for a structured, productive and engaged work environment; Develop the company's culture, ensuring that areas correspond to the company's values; Create and implement programs related to Employer Branding (climate, satisfaction, engagement, training and development); Develop high-performance teams focused on the company's high growth; Develop leadership development projects, training successors and an Individual Development Plan; Manage the budget and manage performance indicators; Act as a business partner, aiming at the organization's strategy. Requiriments: Generalist experience in People and Management leadership; Background in structuring Human Resources processes and programs; Strong analytical vision and results orientation.
