Your Role As a Partnerships Account Manager you will provide world-class support to a growing portfolio of university partners, ensuring smooth onboarding & seamless program implementation, encouraging program adoption and success, and you wil be responsible for delivering recurring & increasing revenues through partnership renewals and expansion.
As the primary contact for your partnerships, your role will cover the full spectrum of account management and customer success.
You will be a detail-orientated "end-to-end" operator that can do both strategy AND execution (more on that later!).
We are currently looking for one Partnerships Account Manager for the Americas and one for APAC - if you are based in either location, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing1. Account Management (70%): Partnership Support
Manage a portfolio of university programs with a focus on client successCollaborate with partners to plan the program logistics, ensuring our systems are up-to-date to allow delivery teams to meet client expectationsLiaise with internal stakeholders at each stage of program delivery - strong communication skills are essential.Student Support and Recruitment
Work with our partners to create marketing collateral to share with students and faculty to promote programs.Deliver virtual informational sessions to faculty and studentsWork with university partners to foster relationships with participants and alumni of the program, growing the number of global ambassadors at partner universitiesMarketing and Communications
Work with digital teams and marketing colleagues to create co-branded marketing materials for custom programsSupport thought-leadership and development delivering webinars and sessions about Virtual InternshipsProgram Reporting
Work within our CRM, our new tech platform, and with the Company Experience team to deliver high-quality reports to all partners on a set or ad hoc basisConduct thorough evaluations of each program following their closeCreate post-program reports with the aim of renewing and growing our partnerships with clientsContract Renewals and Expansion (Growth)
Ensure sustainable growth within your client base, expanding programs to new faculty or departments. KPIs are structured around expansions and growth.Work to build a working relationship with your university contacts to build a stronger and more targeted recruitment pipeline to drive interest in our programsEnsure positive program support to build contract renewals which will require contract negotiations and renewal of program fees and inclusionsConference Attendance and Planning
Attend in-person and virtual conferences as well as supporting the submission of session proposals with partnersAssist entire Partnerships teams in preparing for conferences3. General Tasks (10%): Market research - ensuring we are always in the know about the market, market trends and sector insightsData management in our CRM systemsSupport of Partnerships team on global projectsWho Are We Looking ForYour Attributes You are highly organized. Each day may bring a variety of tasks and challenges your way, but you will be able to take each challenge with a new perspective to increase success.Your Experience 3+ years of Partnerships and/or Key Account Management experienceExperience in working with external clients and translating complex information to an internal audience - and vice versa.Demonstrable experience in developing strong partnerships to meet business objectives and KPIsComfortable performing data analysis and making decisions based on the resultsProactive self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders Virtual Internships Perks and BenefitsRemote-First: We're a remote-first business so you will receive a Work From Home Budget depending on your location.
