The ideal candidate will be proficient in deploying and migrating Microsoft servers, Exchange/Office 365, and possess a strong understanding of both hardware and software to deliver effective technical support. This role involves direct interaction with clients to manage, track, and resolve help desk inquiries and issues.Key Responsibilities:Deploy and manage Office/Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.Implement advanced Microsoft 365 services, including Enterprise Mobility.Architect and maintain Office/Microsoft 365 service environments.Maintain both On-Premise and Azure Active Directory, including Group Policies.Drive infrastructure improvements and deployment of client-specific applications.Lead IT projects and initiatives for new application deployments.Provide management for support services and deliverables.Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and client stakeholders to support and enhance application environments.Participate in client strategy sessions and executive meetings.Perform routine network maintenance across various Microsoft environments.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
